Day 21 - Percy Jackson and the Lightening Thief 2.5/5 I spent most of this film annoyed at the leads. How did they not recognise the Lotus Flowers soon if they know about the lair of the Lotus Eaters and why did Percy not listen when Annabeth was telling him to stop cutting the hydra’s heads off? AND if his friend is a Satyr surely he should know about Hydras and their heads too? Also it annoyed me that Annabeth beat Percy in the initial flag fight but then he had to gain mystical strength and beat her. Why couldn’t they have left it there and had him learn humility? Maybe I’m read too far into it but it bugged me
